This special speaker is Tannaz Mohtarez, who works as a lawyer at the law firm DVDW. She advises a diverse group of clients, ranging from Dutch mid-market privately held companies and family businesses to international clients in respect of mergers and acquisitions, management buy-ins and buy-outs, due diligence investigations, joint venture and shareholders’ agreements. Tannaz Mohtarez also advises Dutch and foreign clients on general aspects of corporate and contract law. It’s fair to say she has expert knowledge, and can answer any questions you may have about these topics. Just be aware that due to legal terminology, the guest lecture will be held in Dutch.
