How do I book my event?

Want to know more?

Are there specific requirements to have an event on the ECE Campus?

No, but we prefer events on the topics that are related to innovation, entrepreneurship and talent

Is it possible to book multiple rooms on one day?

Yes, we host many events with breakouts. Please state this in your event request.

Can my guests use the parking?

Yes, if you hand over a list of guests to us, we’ll inform the reception to give these people access to the parking garage next door.

Are there any specific needs for the AV?

No, just bring a laptop and plug it in (HDMI and VGA). We even have one here if you need it.

How many people can you host?

We can host events from 4 – 250 people.

Is there a reservation deadline?

Yes, at least a week. But to keep things stressless, we’d like to know it at least a month in advance.

What are my catering options?

Our caterer can provide you with coffee, cookies, lunch, dinner, drinks and more. Just state your preferences in the request!

Can I use my own caterer?

No, to keep things streamlined, we make use of our in-house caterer.

How do my guests access the ECE Campus?

We’re based in the Rotterdam Science Tower. Accessible with tram, metro and close to the A20. You can find a more detailed description here.

What are the opening hours?

On weekdays, the ECE Campus is open from 6:30 until 22:00. In weekends and around these hours, opening is optional.

Is your location wheelchair accessible?

Yes.
