Innovation Driver workshop

Capacity: 50 Starting: 13-02-2018 15:00 - 18:30

Get ready to drive innovation

Following up the successful first Innovation Driver Workshop on 16th November 2017 with 60+ participants, a new session on Innovation Drivers will be held on February 13th 2018. During the Innovation Driver Workshop dr. Ferdinand Jaspers, Programme Director of ECE and adjunct professor Innovation & Entrepreneurship at RSM, will provide corporates with insights into the knowledge, skills and mindset necessary to build and maintain the company’s entrepreneurship competence. This session enables you to familiarize with innovation drivers and the related concept of the business model delta. Innovation drivers are leaders who – formally, but very often also informally – build and maintain the company’s entrepreneurship competence from within the organisation.

In addition, during the workshop, you will benchmark your organisation in terms of its innovative competence. The session also offers a great opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences with peers and learn from other companies’ best practices.

Why innovation drivers?

Innovation drivers typically support individuals and teams in the execution of opportunity development and business modelling projects. Depending on the context they can do this as coaches, mentors or workshop facilitators. However, innovation drivers can fulfill many different roles.  They are vital ambassadors of the firm’s entrepreneurial culture and strategy. Through their actions, expertise and social networks, they also have a strong influence on the development of the organisation’s mindset and capability for growth. However, companies often fail to recognize the vital role of these laders, and therefore fail to develop and keep them.

ECE educates and supports innovation drivers with the Innovation Driver Certification Programme in which the skills and mindset to drive sustainable innovation excellence within your organization is the focus. As a certified Innovation Driver by Erasmus University Rotterdam you will be able to support and guide numerous internal and external stakeholders for the benefit of your organization’s competitiveness and growth.
