This September 18-22, the Rotterdam Capital Days are welcoming startups, scale-ups and investors to a 5-day experience of incredibility. In collaboration with Rotterdam’s innovation partners, the Rotterdam Capital Days is a way to promote Rotterdam’s innovation ecosystem and to boost access to funding for startups and scaleups.
Test your Business Model Viability
We will be kicking off the second day of #RCP19 with a workshop for startups at our innovative campus. Robbin Hoogstraten, Equity Funding Specialist at Symbid, will start with a keynote about growth financing in which he goes through the various finance options available and will give clarity on the benefits/disadvantages of each option. His insights will help you determine which forms of finance are best suited for your business.
Thereafter a hands-on workshop will be provided by Dr. Ferdinand Jaspers where he focuses on mapping and testing the viability of the participants business models. Participants will be introduced to using a new tool: Business Model Delta. This tool enables participants to quickly get new insights on the chosen business models and particularly on their viability. The second part of this workshop is to gain new insights for entrepreneurs on the viability of the chosen business models and use these insights when talking to investors.
