On the 19th of November, our community member De Rotterdamse Zorg will host its Training Event at our campus. The shift from learning at school to learning in practice plays an important role in training sufficient and better-qualified care workers in the region. This is the responsibility of De Rotterdamse Zorg, together with different educational institutions. Together, they are working on sufficient internship places in the region of Rotterdam and are working hard to develop a good learning environment for students ánd stuff.
For years now, De Rotterdamse Zorg is working with enthusiastic working groups on pilots about learning communities, life long learning and the quality and changes within internships. These pilots have been implemented in different health- and educational institutions and the first results are already visible! Those will be shared on the 19th of November with inspiring presentations and workshops.
The workshops will consist of topics like practice-based learning, recognizing diversity and preparing for an internship in a virtual way. These will be brought to you by parties like Albeda, Erasmus MC, Hogeschool Rotterdam and Laurens.
