Sharing is caring (and more productivity)

TeamTemp relates the individual’s feelings to the team spirit in a direct and trustworthy way.  Too often there is not enough opportunity to share your feelings at your workplace. Teams are expected to be rational – while research has shown that discussing feelings actually results in a happier individual and a stronger team. It also gives employees a broader and more concrete leverage to organise team growth, while simultaneously providing direct insight for the management – especially in light of self-organised teams – about how a team is developing. The app is inspired by scientifically supported theories that emphasize that happy employees are more productive. Before launching the app, Richard was himself a happy participant of the Get Started programme with some compelling reasons for joining the programme.
