Last week the Strategy Summit ‘HR Transformatie in de Zorg’ took place in the Life, Science & Health Hub. More than 150 supervisors, directors and HR top managers talked to each other about the most important guiding principles of People-oriented Organizing and People-Oriented Supervision in an ever-changing, complex labor market in care & cure.

The guests were inspired by top speakers and directors, such as Dr. Joke G. Boonstra, Prof. dr. Dr. Gabriel Anthionio, Richard van Hooijdonk, Ruurd Baane and Jan Engelen to give a concrete direction to agile pro-organization. In addition to being inspired, the guests also talked to each other in various subsessions.

Also last week the kick-off of the ‘Koers23’ of Erasmus MC took place. David Voetelink opened the kick-off to discuss the ambition of the entire direction. They looked at which steps have already been taken and what the goal of the kick-off is.

After the kick-off, the different ‘direction groups’ started a dialogue with each other to discuss the ambition of their direction group.
