“What makes the programme unique is that it is not only made by academics, but there is also a great deal of involvement between the coaches and the participants – We make this programme together!”
I am a practitioner coach in the Leading Innovation Excellence Programme because I want to share my experiences as a corporate innovator at ING. Being an innovator in a large company is often a roller coaster, with ups and downs, but also great fun. My experience can help others to enjoy the ride as well. Even though leading innovation has many aspects, my role in the programme is to share my learnings on how to keep a holistic approach when you embed innovation in the organization. What makes the programme unique, is that it is not only made by academics, but there is also a great deal of involvement between the coaches and the participants. We make this programme together! A key benefit of the programme is that it shows you that the problems in your organization are not unique. Others experience the same hurdles, so we can all learn from each other’s experiences. The programme is a success when the participants have hands-on tips and tricks that help them to lead innovation in their organization to the next level.
