Marcel Broersma is member of the Advisory Board of the Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship.

Marcel Broersma (Founder of Peak Value) studied Business Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam and started his career at Randstad. In 1998 he founded the recruitment agency Flex Group Nederland, which is one of the leading Dutch outsourcing companies and was chosen as fastest-growing company in Europe in 2003. In 2006 he sold his company to the listed DPA Flex. In 2008 he launched his consultancy Peak Value, in which he advises SMEs how to achieve their growth objectives in fresh and innovative ways. With his sharp analysis, boundless energy and creative spirit he likes to take fast-growing SMEs to a higher level. An enthusiastic traveler and runner, Marcel’s personal motto is: “Business is top sport – it should be fun.”
