Yolanda Eijgenstein is member of the Advisory Board of Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship.

She is Owner and Founder of the Why Company, which specialises in management consulting, leadership, change management and group dynamics in business, with key expertise in sustainable and visionary decision-making. Yolanda’s own broad areas of expertise include servant leadership and social entrepreneurship, and in partnering and collaboration. “If you want to go quickly, go alone; if you want to go far, go together,” she says.

Yolanda is a current or past member of  the Supervisory, Advisory and Directorial Boards of a variety of organisations, in addition to ECE: the Greenleaf Centre for Servant Leadership, MasterPeace, Royal Lemkes Group, United Success, Team Academy, Nederlands Dans Theater and Fair Trade Original amongst them. She has been honoured with such awards as the Veuve Clicquot Business Woman of the Year, DMSA Direct Marketer of the Year, and has been recognised as a creative and innovative trendsetter
