On the 26th of March an exciting new event is being organised which showcases startup jobs, markets, new talent and workshops: the UPRISE Startup Festival. Among the participants are NRCQ, Facebook, Sonos, the UVA, Rockstart, Wework Amsterdam, Startup Delta, StartupAmsterdam, TU Delft and of course the Erasmus Centre of Entrepreneurship (ECE) will be there too! The event takes places in the venue Amsterdam Roest. The large old factory is divided into growth markets such as: Edtech | Fintech | 3DPrinting | Health | Journalism/Media | Dance Music | Crowdsourcing/Crowdfunding.

Since there will be lots of creative and entrepreneurial talent we also wanted to come up with something special. So we put our creative minds together and -after going down the new ECE slide (come check it out during the next Day@theCampus)- we came up with a great idea to showcase the entrepreneurial journey that you can start at ECE. An oldtimer, helium, and a camera. We can’t tell you much more, but we can tell you it will be magnificent!
