Hands-On Business Modelling

It was great to see the creativity flowing at the ECE Campus yesterday during the interactive Business Modelling workshop. Dr. Ferdinand Jaspers got hand-on together with a group of entrepreneurs and experienced facilitators to explore the ins and outs of each participant’s current business model in order to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. It provided a little taste of what the New Business Cycle Programme offers.

Afterwards participants gave positive feedback stating that it was a surprisingly clear and practical workshop. As one entrepreneur said, “Through using the Business Model Canvas you are able to have in-depth-conversations with fellow entrepreneurs about the potential of your company immediately.” Another participant enthusiastically said that he gained some very valuable insights in his company’s potential to grow, and another added “This workshop inspired me to start working on improving my company right now. No time to waste.”
